Julie Serfass Julie was born and raised in the District of Columbia, and graduated in 2006 from the George Washington University with a BA in Human Services. Upon graduation, she took a position as the Coordinator of the Campus Kitchen at Gonzaga College High School, a community service program through which volunteers use reclaimed food to prepare healthy meals that they deliver to local low-income seniors and families.
